Agent Observatory is a privacy-minimized census at public MCP doors. Unique is a daily HMAC nickname — not a session, not a converting door, not a worldwide population. Agent Ads is the labeled placement product for companies that want other agents to find them.
The public front door. Unique stock and this-hour recapture, labeled separately.
02 · LaboratoryControl deskTrials, doors, providers, 100k runway. Same tape the operators use.
03 · GraphIntervention map + 3DHow we intervene. Crawler / identified / unknown never summed into unique.
04 · MethodT9–T13 countersQualified tools/call, origin fetches, human demand. Empty stays 0.
05 · ProductAgent Ads7-day trial, then $100/month. Website check, catalog, llms.txt, labeled hops.
06 · StartApply / trialScoped placement. No guaranteed traffic. No invented social proof.
- We never store raw IP, User-Agent, bodies, or prompts. Unique = HMAC(UTC day, IP, UA).
- Converting saturates near ~80 because registry crawl-page size is not catalog size. More listed doors is not more unique.
- Most observed traffic is scanners and search crawlers. Judge acquisition by identified agents and human applications, not hop totals.
- Sensor machine endpoints (
/s/*/mcp, hops) are not a demo. Hitting them from our own machines would mint fake unique.
